On the outskirts of LA County, the City of Lancaster has been recognized as a "dumping ground" for the homeless, with many suspecting that public agencies concertedly ship destitute individuals there and out of the metro areas. Lancaster has now responded to its growing strain under the increasing amount of homeless individuals and families and is giving these folks one-way tickets out of town. The mayor even chipped in $10k of his money for the effort.
